PRIVACY POLICY & DATA NOTICE
Last Updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, and protect your personal data when you complete the Finance Leaders Reputation Assessment (the “Assessment”).
We operate in strict compliance with the UK GDPR, the Data Protection Act 2018, and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. Information We Collect
When you take the Assessment, we collect two categories of information:
- Identity & Contact Data: Your name, corporate email address, job title, and company name.
- Assessment & Benchmarking Data: Your specific responses, scores, self-evaluations, and inputs regarding corporate finance reputation and operations.
2. How We Use Your Data
We process your information for the following specific purposes:
- To Deliver Your Results (Performance of a Contract): We use your contact information and assessment responses to calculate your score and deliver your personalised feedback report.
- For Corporate Benchmarking (Legitimate Interests): We aggregate and anonymise assessment responses to build industry benchmarks, trend insights, and research reports. Individual corporate or personal data is never visible or identifiable in these reports.
- For Our Professional Newsletter (Legitimate Interests / Consent): As a corporate subscriber, we will add your professional email address to our industry newsletter to send you market insights, benchmarking updates, and invitations. You can instantly opt out at any time using the link in any email.
3. Data Anonymisation & Benchmarking
We are committed to strict data segregation. Your individual assessment scores are aggregated into a broader pool of corporate finance data. Once aggregated, this data is completely anonymised, meaning it is legally impossible to link the scores back to you or your employer. We use this anonymous dataset to compile our industry benchmark reports.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your data is only processed by trusted infrastructure partners, such as our scorecard hosting platform and secure email delivery systems. All third-party systems are vetted to ensure they meet UK GDPR data security standards.
5. Your Legal Rights
Under the UK GDPR, you hold the following rights regarding your data:
- The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
- The right to rectify or correct inaccurate data.
- The right to request erasure (“the right to be forgotten”) of your personal data from our active marketing systems.
- The right to object to direct marketing at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact our data privacy team at hello@jagoadmin
6. Disclaimer: No Regulated Advice
The Finance Leaders Reputation Assessment is an indicative benchmarking tool designed strictly for educational and informational purposes. The generated outputs, scores, and recommendations do not constitute regulated financial, legal, or investment advice under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA) or any other regulatory framework.
