7th March

7th March

In the run-up to our first event, we caught up with our Digital Marketing Executive Dovile Giedraityte who will be talking about how to make your website an effective marketing tool.

Tell us more about your upcoming presentation

In my talk, I will discuss website design and how it can be your most effective marketing tool. Everyone knows that these days they need a website in order to give legitimacy to their business. Customers expect businesses to have their own websites in the same way they used to expect businesses to have a real physical address. My talk will focus on how to convert website visitors into new customers, and how to design your website so that it not only looks good but also performs well for your business goals.

Is this something you’re very passionate about?

I am very much into both design and marketing. As a marketer, I am looking for innovative solutions to increase brand value and conversions, and I see website design as the most important tool for achieving this as well as for establishing a brand presence online.

Who do you feel Jago’s events are for?

I’m excited to begin working on Jago events – this one and those in the future. I think our events will be a great source of information and inspiration for people who are constantly learning and want to learn more – people who are motivated to improve their brands and are brave enough to take the risk of trying something new.

Tell us a little about yourself and your background

I’ve been with Jago for almost 2 years now. My journey into marketing began at Middlesex University in London, where I studied advertising, PR, and media. After graduating I worked with interesting and innovative start-ups across different industries, from interior design to health care. I think my experience of working within different niches allows me now to easily adapt when working on different projects here at Jago. I love the diversity of our clients; it means no two days are the same.

Besides work, I love to be outdoors and enjoy socialising. I really care about responsible living and a sustainable lifestyle and I tend to read about this and enjoy talking to others about it. I love to share my knowledge and make an impact for others.
