From conception to full development.
We were asked to support a start up business to build a brand as a specialist pharmaceutical recruitment agency.
We consulted on the name and brand development. In our search for a name we needed to come to a deep understanding with insight that would help us to identify a name and story connecting three key elements: client, recruitment agency and potential candidate.
Aligning all three and connecting the importance of all three of them was a real challenge.
We created an iconic logo of a molecular structure which captured the concept of alignment and connection between stakeholders as well as a relevant aesthetic to the life sciences sector. We came up with the name Panda and strapline, “A rare breed in life sciences”.
We created clear brand guidelines and visualisation for creating an office environment as well as website design and social assets.
